Q: Do you have a shop and what is your address?
A: Yes we do have a shop! All the products that we have on our website are also available in our shop. Please have a look at ourpage for more information.
Q: How do I know if a product is in stock?
A: Our website shows the item stock status - if the add-to-cart button is present and you can order it online, then it is in stock.
Q: When can I collect my order from your shop
A: On our working days, as soon as we see your "store pick up" order, we will prepare it for you and let you know by email that it is ready for collection. So typically you can collect within 1 hour on a working day!
Q: How long does it take before I receive my order?
A: Our aim is to process and ship all orders the next business day mostly using couriers. More information on deliveries can be found on thepage.
Q: When do you start selling the Sinterklaas products?
A: We will start our pre order system in July and the actual stock will arrive in the beginning of November.
Q: I can’t find a product in your online shop, are you able to order it in?
A: Please let us know the details of the item you are looking for by emails and we can try to get it in for you.
Q: Do you sell products past the expiry date?
A: Almost all of our items are labelled with a "Best Before" date and most of them are still good for a long time after this date. If we still have a product in stock after its Best Before date we mention that date on website description and will have a reduced special price. Those items will show on the website and are also displayed in our shop in the "special corner".
Q: How do I re-order some or all of my previous ordered products?
A: After you login into to your "My Account", you will be able to see previous orders. In there you will be able to reorder previously ordered items.
Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: Enter the discount code in the shopping cart/checkout into the "Apply discount code" box, then check the totals.
