Method of preparation
Well the raisins in medium warm water and dry them thoroughly.
Put the grille just below the middle of the oven and preheat the oven.
Butter the spring form.
Cut the cold butter in small pieces and ads the mix.
Stir it by using a dough hook or by hand until it becomes a dough.
Add the egg and stir again for a short while.
Mix the small apple parts with the sugar, dried raisins and cinnamon.
Fill the spring form (also the upstanding “collar”) with 3/4 of the dough en press it softly.
Putt the mix of apples, raisins, et cetera in the pie.
Shape from the remains of the dough long rolls and spread them on top of the Apple Pie.
Cover the dough with 1/3 of the egg.
Bake the pie in 60-75 minutes cooked and golden.
Make sure that the pie is cooled down (for about 1 hour) before you remove the spring form.
